What's Included In A Tune-Up Visit?

  • Clean condenser coil (Spring/Summer Visit; Heat Pump Systems – Fall/Winter Visit)

  • Clean electrical cabinet to remove dust and debris, reducing fire hazards and improving safety (Both Seasons)

  • Clear condensate drains to prevent clogs and water damage (Spring/Summer Visit)

  • Inspect and clean blower blades, motors, belts, capacitors, and sensors; adjust blower motor and fan assembly for balanced, quiet airflow (Both Seasons)

  • Lubricate moving parts to minimize friction and wear (Both Seasons)

  • Tighten and inspect all electrical connections for corrosion or wear (Both Seasons)

  • Test and record superheat and subcooling to verify cooling performance (Spring/Summer Visit)

  • Clean and adjust burner, ignition, and igniter assemblies for safe, reliable operation (Fall/Winter Visit)

  • Measure temperature rise in heating mode and temperature drop in cooling mode (Both Seasons)
