Clean condenser coil (Spring/Summer Visit; Heat Pump Systems – Fall/Winter Visit)
Clean electrical cabinet to remove dust and debris, reducing fire hazards and improving safety (Both Seasons)
Clear condensate drains to prevent clogs and water damage (Spring/Summer Visit)
Inspect and clean blower blades, motors, belts, capacitors, and sensors; adjust blower motor and fan assembly for balanced, quiet airflow (Both Seasons)
Lubricate moving parts to minimize friction and wear (Both Seasons)
Tighten and inspect all electrical connections for corrosion or wear (Both Seasons)
